First Time Homebuyer's Program

Kingdom CDC's First-Time Homebuyer's program equips future homeowners with the knowledge to make an informed purchase decsion. Our program strives to prepare prospective buyers for the realistic responsibilities of attaining the American Dream. The three major components of the program are: financial literacy classes, one on one pre-purchase counseling, and an IDA matched savings program. The program is designed to assist low to moderate income families, so there are income eligibility guidelines.

Imminent Default and Mortgage Delinquency Counseling

We provide one on one counseling to individuals who need assistance with spending and goal planning, credit improvement, and asset building. We also facilitate community seminars and workshops on these topics to build consumer awareness of resources and opportunities related to financial fitness.
